1. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be sent in writing via email. Verbal cancellations over the phone are not accepted. Charges are calculated based on the Total Tour Cost (not just the advance paid).

Exceptions to Cancellation Policy:

• Peak Season: Bookings during Dev Deepawali, Maha Shivratri, Kumbh Mela, or New Year dates may be 100% Non-Refundable depending on hotel policies. This will be informed at the time of booking.
• Ticket Cancellation: Refunds for flights/trains are subject to the respective airline/railway policy. The Kashi Darshann service charge is never refunded.

2. Refund Process

• Timeline: Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 Business Days from the date of cancellation approval.
• Mode: Refunds are remitted to the original payment source only. Kashi Darshann is not liable for delays caused by banking intermediaries.
