To secure your reservation, the following payment terms apply strictly:

A. Custom Tour Packages

Advance Payment: A 50% advance of the total quotation value is mandatory at the time of booking to block hotels and vehicles.
Balance Payment: The remaining 50% must be cleared on or before arrival in Varanasi/Prayagraj.
Price Validity: Quoted prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in fuel prices or hotel taxes until the advance is paid.

B. Flight and Train Ticketing

Service Charge: A 10% Service Charge is levied on top of the actual ticket cost. This charge is for our booking service and is strictly non-refundable.
Payment: 100% payment (Ticket Cost + Service Charge) is required upfront.

3. Accommodation & Hotel Policy (Standard Industry Rules)

Check-in/Check-out: Standard Check-in time is 12:00 PM and Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and extra charges by the hotel.
Room Allocation: Room categories (Standard/Deluxe) are booked as per the package. Specific room numbers or views are subject to hotel availability.
Extra Bed: “Extra Bed” usually implies a rollout mattress or sofa bed, depending on the hotel’s infrastructure.

4. Transport & Sightseeing Policy

AC Usage: Air Conditioning (AC) in vehicles will not operate when the vehicle is parked or on steep hills/inclines to prevent engine overheating.
Itinerary Changes: Kashi Darshann reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary due to traffic, VIP movements (common in Varanasi), or strikes.
Missed Sightseeing: If a guest is late, resulting in missed points (e.g., missing the Ganga Aarti), no refund or alternative will be provided.
Boat Rides: Boat rides on the Ganga are subject to water levels and administration permission. If the police ban boating due to high water, Kashi Darshann is not liable for refunds.

5. User Responsibility

Identity Proof: All guests (including children) must carry valid original Government ID proof (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID). PAN Cards are not accepted as address proof by hotels.
Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their luggage, cash, and jewellery. Kashi Darshann is not liable for theft or loss at hotels, airports, or during travel.
Physical Fitness: Tours in Kashi involve significant walking (Ghats and narrow lanes). Guests with mobility issues should inform us in advance so we can attempt to make arrangements, though accessibility cannot be guaranteed in old city areas.

6. Limitation of Liability (Force Majeure)

Kashi Darshann shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from:

Acts of God (floods, earthquakes, weather conditions).
Political unrest, riots, bandhs, or government restrictions.
Delays or cancellations of trains/flights.
Any act or omission by third-party providers (hotels/drivers) beyond our direct control.

7. Disputes & Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.—–REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
